• Residential. We will assist you in all aspects of the sale or purchase of your residence, including for sale by owner transactions and purchases on contract. If you have rental property, we can draft leases and represent you in lease disputes. We represent homeowners in property tax objections as well.


• Commercial. We have extensive experience in commercial real estate development, from assemblage, acquisition and financing to commercial leasing, sale and leasebacks. We review and prepare cross-easement and restrictive covenant agreements, maintenance agreements, and other documentation required for the development of commercial property.


• Loan Documentation. We represent banks and other commercial lenders in the preparation or review of all documentation to secure commercial loans.


• Foreclosures. We represent lenders in foreclosure actions, preparation of deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and other loan workouts or debt restructuring.
