Mark W. Schwiebert

Mark W. Schwiebert is a native of the Quad Cities who graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island and Drake University School of Law. Mark has conducted a general civil practice in the Quad City region for over 35 years and is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Iowa. Mark also served as Mayor of Rock Island for 20 years and remains actively involved in a wide range of civic organizations.

A member of the Quad Cities Estate Planning Council, Mark has been a frequent lecturer on Estate Planning and related topics.
